We expect all our pupils, staff and parents to work together and always listen and be respectful to each other.
Our school procedure for dealing with complaints is as follows:
Minor complaints should be dealt with by the class teacher.
If parents are not satisfied they must contact the Headteacher.
The Headteacher will always meet concerned parents in order to resolve difficulties.
A parent who is still not satisfied can contact Mrs H. Almond, Chair of the Governing Body
